Call for panels (pdf)

WHAT TO SUBMIT: We solicit panel proposals on hot and controversial topics in communications and networking. A proposal should focus on a specific topic of current interest related to communications and networking, and should include the following information:

• Panel’s topic
• Panel organizer’s name, affiliation, and contact information
• Panelists’ names, affiliation, and contact information
• A one-page abstract including a brief list of questions to be addressed

SUBMISSIONS: Please send panel proposals in ASCII or PDF format by March 31, 2008 to the panel co-chairs, Dr. Jian Ma (jian.j.ma@nokia.com).
